Origami Shard Cake Edge Chocolate Mould

A mould which is a shortcut and far easier method of making an advanced 'Origami Cake' effect.

The item consists of a food-safe plastic sheet shaped with stunning shard shaped geometric triangular patterns which acts as a mould for creating a showstopper cake effect.

To use simple roll out and fill with white chocolate (coloured if required). Once the surface is dry but still gooey on the inside, wrap around the cake. Gently peel off the mould to reveal a perfect origami style cake.

Enhance the sweetness and flavour of the cake with a thicker chocolate edge.
